Solutions
-
Scalable Brand Identity
A branded UI kits was created to scale for varying needs: a website, existing courses, as well as room to grow when new courses or services are added.
The website featured strong social proof and a user flow allowing exploration of course options.
-
Phase-driven courses
For each course, I divided the process into approachable phases. These phases divide up the process into a flexible timeline implemented in small portions on the user’s terms.
-
Achievable actions
Each phase is color-coded and covers a larger goal. These goals are then broken down into actionable tasks and tasks are broken down into step-by-step to-do’s.
-
Interactive process
Reusable, customizable workbook pages are given for digital or printable use. This allows the user to apply the process to their unique situation, making them the "expert" and enabling them to determine their own process and goals.
Key wins
Users who trialed our online course content responded with enthusiasm to the final product. Most sent pictures of their plan being implemented. All indicated use of the ‘flexible timeline’ and plan to DIY the process.
The client launched their initial online courses successfully and we look forward to checking back in on their progress as they continue to offer online experiences.
The client has used their website to feature ongoing and changing courses, with room to change as their services shift.
